That splashing sound you hear…
…is the sound of UNH dropping the ball again, this time into a very large puddle.
Following up on last Friday’s non-cancellation fiasco, the university did the opposite, curtailing all operations today in anticipation of hazardous weather. Well, it’s currently 41 degrees (warmest it’s been in ages), raining and perfectly safe for driving, despite some earlier snow. Meanwhile, hundreds of students who would’ve been on their way home right now had the pleasure of cancelling flights because their finals were moved to Saturday. I can picture them sitting in their dorms right now, aimlessly playing video games as the rain falls.
Good thing the semester’s over—otherwise we’d be seeing an extended rant over this ordeal in the campus newspaper.
