One of my all-time favorite people, Marie Drews, is making an appearance in a forthcoming book called Edible Ideologies. Her chapter is entitled “Cooking In Memory’s Kitchen: Re-Presenting Recipes, Remembering the Holocaust.”

I’ve heard about and read some of her chapter, so I know it’s a good one. But the rest of the volume looks interesting, too.
